Architectural Review (ARC)

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) exists to uphold the integrity, appearance, and value of the Silver Oaks Phase II community. As outlined in our Covenants, Restrictions, and By-Laws, the ARC ensures that all exterior improvements align with the standards agreed upon by homeowners at closing.

ARC Guidelines
To maintain consistency and protect property values, all structural improvement projects must be submitted for review and approval.

Submission Requirements:
All plans must be submitted in writing using the official ARC Request Form.
  • A $10 review fee is required for each structural improvement project (e.g., fences, decks, sheds, pergolas, exterior door replacements).
  • This fee may be paid online via the HOA website or by check/money order payable to Silver Oaks Phase II HOA.
  • Landscaping-only projects do not require a fee.
  • The fee must be received before project approval.
  • Include a detailed drawing showing your lot, home, and proposed changes. Download the diagram form here

Important Notes
  • Please review the Covenants and Community Rules before starting your project to ensure compliance.
  • Although the Covenants mention a $50 review fee, the Board of Directors has reduced it to $10.
  • Refer to Article V, Section 3 of the Covenants for detailed architectural control guidelines.

Approval by the ARC does not imply liability by the HOA or Board of Directors for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the project or its execution.
