Estoppels

The Phase II HOA Board of Directors signed HOA Resolution 2021-001 "Estoppel Certificates" in Summer 2021.

Estoppel certificates are required when selling a home in this HOA; the Settlement Company requests the certificate from the HOA; the Seller pays the estoppel fee at closing.

 

The fee for the Estoppel certificate was increased from $150 to $250 in March 2024.

 

Currently, payment may be made by check only. Please make checks payable to Silver Oaks Phase II HOA.
