Estoppels

The Phase II HOA Board of Directors signed HOA Resolution 2021-001 "Estoppel Certificates" in Summer 2021.

 

The resolution may be found under the "Governing Documents" tab or by clicking here.

 

Estoppel certificates are required when selling a home in this HOA; the Settlement Company requests the certificate from the HOA; the Seller pays the estoppel fee at closing.
